The member login page is intended as an easy way for safety net providers to submit bi-annual data to the Iowa Collaborative Safety Net Provider Network.
The Network is currently collecting data from Iowa Community Health Centers, Free Clinics and Rural Health Clinics for the January-June 2007 period. To sign up, click on “Sign Up” on the left.
